This module is titled “Setting Up Your Group, Part 1”, as it is just one-half of a process that you’ll continue during your initial meeting with your teaching team.
As part of that meeting, you will continue your work that you started during this training, including building a shared vision for your work together! You’ll work together to answer:
- What do our personal visions have in common?
- What is our shared vision statement?
- How can we keep our personal and shared visions in mind while working as a team facilitating a Lala’s Journey group?
